Plastic Waste Management
Extended Producers Responsibility (EPR) regime is under implementation in Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016, according to which it is the responsibility of Producers, Importers, and Brand-owners to ensure the processing of their plastic packaging waste through recycling, re-use, or end-of-life disposal.

EPR Electronic waste-EWM
The rise in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) consumption mirrors global economic growth. EEE generates e-waste, with 53.6 Mt produced in 2019, projected to reach 74.7 Mt by 2030. Only 17.4% is formally recycled, leaving 71 kt of plastic waste annually. Global efforts to address e-waste disposal remain fragmented and inadequate.
EPR Battery waste-BWM
As per the provision under Rule 4(1), producer has the obligation of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for the Battery that they introduce in the market to ensure the attainment of the recycling or refurbishing obligations.
EPR Tyre waste-TWM
Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Obligation:The management of Waste tyre is regulated under the frame work of Schedule IX of Hazardous and Other Waste (M and TM) Amendment Rules, 2022. The management of waste tyre is primarily based on the principal of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligation.
FSSAI registration
Food license or FSSAI license is granted to all manufacturers, traders, restaurants carrying out any food business which may involve manufacturing or processing. On applying for FSSAI registration, an unique 14-digit licence number is issued which has to be quoted on all food packages.
CTO (WATER AND AIR)

Factory compliance
Factory License acts as an approval document provided by authorities to carry out manufacturing activities. The Factories Act 1948 states that a factory must obtain approval from the labor and employment department for its building plan before it covers itself for registration of a factory.
